Recently finished some dichroic crinkle glass earring and pendants. Our recent time at home has been dominated by some overdue house projects. Now, some time to have fun and create. I like working with this glass as the colors change and sparkle as the wearer moves. Let us know what you think!
Wonderful looking material. Being glass, how do you work it without getting hurt by shards?
Eye protection. We hand-cut the glass on a waffle-like tray that collects the shards. Each piece is shaped, sanded, polished on the same diamond wheels that are used to work with stone, using water. We never grind dry. Cuts do happen, though, but not often. Thank you. Tim
